Why do most fruit juices have an apple base and why?!

Question:

Why do most fruit juices have an apple base and why?

Answers: because it is a naturally sweet, pretty mild, inexpensive base to to most mixed fruit juices, because it can take on a lot of different flavor additives like grape, berry, etc. Because apple juice is less expensive than equal amounts of other juices. It can be called "raspberry" or anything else as long as somewhere on the label they tell you what's in it.
