Answers: Yes it's fine. Still full of anti oxidants. They sell green tea with all sorts in now - lemon, gingsen... it's the actual green tea that has the benefits and the lemon etc that gives it a bit of added flavour. : ) I'm not aware that lemon is bad for you, so why would it matter? It's even healthier. The lemon adds enzymes, minerals, and vitamins. Mmmm No, sorry. It has to be pure green with Jasmine or better yet pure white tea with nothing and both have to be ultra strong. Uh, yes. Yes it is, that's the way I always drink my green tea, the lemon even adds a little vitamin C to it. So go ahead and enjoy your green tea with lemon, it's great. You can also make iced tea that way, with lemon. What evidence makes you think green tea is any healthier than black tea? It's not really..that's just marketing hype. Research findings suggest that adding lemon to Green tea will not affect the antioxidant levels of green tea polyphenols. So .....enjoy! yes, it's still good for you. Yes - you will have the added bonus of Vitamin C.

I've not heard that Vit C or Citric Acid destroying the nutrients in Green Tea but perhaps someone else has. Yes its good for you and it will make your tea taste a little bit better Sweetheart all fruits are very good for u and a lemon is a fruit... a slice of lemon in any food or drink is not going to hurt you. Yes lemon is good for you, unless you have issues with citric acids, but a slice isn't going to hurt. Yes lemon juice with tea is good for you.
