Clean it after I'm done drinking it and put a bunch of stuff in it; like my history and important things (like a time capsule). Seal it with a cork and throw it somewhere in the ocean? and is it ok to use glass in this situation?

me, myself, and I That's a nice idea. But what if the bottle hits a rock? I guess you're wondering if that's legal? Like would it be littering? I'm not sure but you wouldn't get in trouble unless you had information in it that would trace it back to you.
