i thought they only give u one cherry for this type of drink... whats is the reason they they give u two???. .. people have been telling me that if someone they likes you... they will give you two cherries... ???
Answers: Having tended bar... it doesn't necessarily mean anything. I usually give two because most people think they will only get one, two makes them feel special. Incidentally you do realize this is typically a kid's drink? well two cherries is not half bad. uhhh yeah thats how people tell you they like you. they give a shirley temple and deliberatley put 2 cherries in it for you. they wont do it for anyone else. just you. you are the most special person they have ever met. and they fact that cherries are cheap as F*ck has nothing to do with it. You have no friends, do you lee? It's ok, I'll be your friend. They definitely like you and hey, two is always better than one. I think it just depends on the bartender's mood at the time! Or if they have enough cherries! I used to manage a restaurant and we would get in trouble by corporate if we got caught using more than one cherry (cost...ohhhh, a whole penny). But, you can believe the like you theory if you want.
