Is Redbull really THAT bad?!

Question:

Is Redbull really THAT bad?

My parents and others are constantly telling me how bad Redbull is for me, but how much worse can it be than things such as coffee and soda. Its not like i'm addicted or anything, I just like to drink one or two cans before I go to work

Answers: Its not THAT bad. As far as energy drinks go its probally one of the best (healthy wise). The crash isn't that bad and it doesn't get you addicted. 2 cans of Redbull is no worse than 3 cups of cofffe. redbull is fine. two words
Corn Syrup
BAD i am the same way!
but 2 me it has a bad aftertaste! if u drink too much of it it does cause the heart to beat much faster than what it should. well if your really young and u drink it it can stop your heart rate from what i hear Well to much caffeine is always bad.So remember everything is o.k. in maturation. Red Bull taste like a lemony tart lightly sweet yet bitter carbonated cream soda. It has a sweet smell and is pink in color. I personally was not impressed with the taste. I suffered no side affects from drinking it and did not feel any energy surge or increase in heart rate.
I personally believe the benefits of this energy drink depend on several factors, including the cost, taste and your specific nutritional needs. Redbull is fine.
Do you parents & the others drink coffee?
If so, just tell them it's the equivalent to 1-3 cups of coffee.
