Is Red Bull bad for your health?!

Question:

Is Red Bull bad for your health?

I literally drink 3-4 Red Bulls everyday. I must be addicted to them because I think they taste amazing. Should I be worried about my health? I feel fine, but what will happen down the road?

Answers: Red Bull has 80mg of caffeine in it, drinking 3-4 will bring up about 240mg minimum, that's equivalent to 3 to 4 shots of espresso.
With such concentrated amount of caffeine in the body, it will certainly do bad for your body, even the Red Bull label advise drinker not to exceed 2 to 5 cans per day.
Beside caffeine, there is high sugar content level, you will need to watch out for the weight problem.
So, depends on your decision then. We should eat, drink and even use everything in moderate and as per needed, over usage and overeating or drinking will eventually lead to addiction and bad habits.
If you enjoy drinking Red Bull, enjoy it as a drink then but not everyday. Let try for 3 to 4 days for 1 tin. Slowly you will cut the amount of tins drank. Red Bull is subject to numerous unproven claims of adverse health effects, most of which are little better than urban legends. In 2001, the drink was investigated by the Swedish National Food Administration after being linked to the deaths of three consumers, and was completely cleared. It has been subject to a number of other health concerns regarding glucuronolactone, a precursor of taurine. Glucuronolactone is a naturally occurring chemical compound produced by the metabolism of glucose in the human liver. It has received some notoriety due to urban legends that it was a Vietnam War-era drug manufactured by the American government. The rumor goes on to say that it was banned due to several brain tumor-related deaths. The rumor has since been proven false, as neither the cited British Medical Journal article nor the "banning of its consumption" ever occurred. Furthermore, no warnings appear on the Food and Drug Administration website regarding its potential to cause brain tumors or other maladies. Sale of Red Bull as a normal soft drink is prohibited in Denmark, Norway, France, Uruguay and Iceland, but not Sweden. Due to the link with taurine, only energy drinks without taurine are sold in France, but infant formula sold there (and worldwide) is commonly supplemented with taurine. You can worry about a caffeine addiction, I guess. dun know bout u, but when i drink red bull 2much... my body gets like really sore later on.... yeah. it has lots of caffeine, which could dehydrate you, so you should drink a lot of water. I dont know what would happen to you down the road but you must be zinging.........hahaha!!!!! They can be dangerous if mixed with alcohol. I can't remember the whole article but it was in a recent Glamour magazine.
They only othe thing I can say is they are loaded with sugar. So maybe try switching to sugar free. Yes, it is bad for you. Usually unhealthy drinks get you addicted. Even though you feel fine, sooner or later you will get sick or something like that. Maybe drinking red bull about 1 or 2 times a week may be good.
hope this helps!
