Answers: You shouldn't anyway. They test on animals...
But my guess is because 1). the FDA hasn't "approved" the claims that Pomegranate juice is healthful, and 2.) there is probably not a big market for it.... Source(s):

Search "Pom Wonderful" By Pom Tea bags at the herbal store and make it yourself pom tea is so expensive they probly thought if they made gallon sized containers no one would buy any because of sticker shock price even though it would probly be cheaper per ounce than that of smaller sizes so they wouldnt make any money off of them
