There's two different kinds of nonalcoholic wines and champagnes; there's the sparkling grape juice kind, and then there's actual wine where the alcohol content has been burned out, so to speak.
You can get the latter at most liquor stores, and you can also go online to different wineries' sites and see if you can get a case wholesale for your wedding. There's lots of different makers, so you shouldn't have any problem finding any.
I would also suggest getting two or three different kinds from your local grocery store or liquor store to see which ones you like the best.
