All fruit has calories, sugar, carbs, or a combination of all. Depending on how much fruit and the type of fruit you eat combined with how much physical activity you get will all have factors on your question. There is no magic answer. However, here is some food for thought...watermellon, honeydew, and cantelope are good because the water content in them will fill you up quicker so you eat less. Bananas are high in carbs, so you may want to limit your intake. If you do a search on almost any diet website, you can find out which fruits are better for you to live on.
