Low Calorie Sunset Punch

1 tub TANG Orange Flavor Sugar Free Drink Mix

1-1/2 cups reduced calorie cranberry juice cocktail

1 bottle (1 liter) diet ginger ale

ice cubes

PLACE drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher. Add juice; stir until drink mix is dissolved. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Pour into punch bowl just before serving. Stir in ginger ale and ice cubes.

----------Fruit Punch

2 (6 ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 (6 ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (48 ounce) can pineapple juice
3 cups water
1-3 cup sugar
2 pints strawberries, hulled
1 (1 liter) bottle Sprite



1. Combine the orange juice, lemonade, and pineapple juice and stir well.
2. Bring 3 cups water and the sugar to a boil in a heavy saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
3. Add the syrup to the fruit juices.
4. Place the whole strawberries into a ring mold.
5. Pour in enough fruit juice to fill the mold. Freeze.
6. Refrigerate the remaining juice.
7. When ready to serve, pour the fruit juice into a punch bowl and add the soda.
8. Float the strawberry ice ring in the punch.

1 tub CRYSTAL LIGHT TROPICAL PASSIONS Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix, any flavor

1 qt. (4 cups) cold pineapple-orange-banana juice blend

1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled

PLACE drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher. Add juice blend; stir until drink mix is dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

POUR into punch bowl just before serving. Stir in club soda. Serve over ice cubes.
