Do you think topical green tea helps??!

Question:

Do you think topical green tea helps??

I drink one cup or one glass a day of green tea a day (unsweetened)
and no other caffeine drinks.. also in winter I drink CHamomile tea. I have tried usuing the left over bag and squeeze the liquid into a bowl and add it to my face to soothe after shaving
it seems to calm the redness and no allergic reactions. so it soothes, but do you think it gives me antioxidants for my skin??
would the chamomile be best for this? I used it on a chin rash once it soothed the redness away! which is best??

does the chamomile help with irritation?
how many times do you use it?
do you use green tea bags too
they both seem to reduce redness for me

Answers:

tea bags are great from calming skin irritations but I am unsure about them giving you extra antioxidants through the skin.
they are both good as green tea is high in antioxidants which are good for your heath and chamomile tea is good for its calming effects on the body.
