sorbet colada: in a blender combine 2 cups ice cubes, 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple, 1/2 cup of coco lopez,cream of coconut, and 1/4 cup of coconut sorbet. blend for 1 minute....peachy keen fizz: in a pitcher stir together 1 12oz. can chilled peach nectar (goya), 1 3/4 cups chilled raspberry flavored seltzer, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, and 1/3 cup sugar. add 1 cup of ice cubes.......white sangria: in a blender combine 1/4 cup chilled oj and 2 tablespoons sugar. in a separate bowl combine 1 orange, sliced,1 kiwi, peeled and sliced, 1 cup watermelon balls, 1 cup cubed cantalope, 1 cup cubed pineapple. drizzle fruit with juice mixture. add 2 bottles (750 ml each) sparkling pear juice (martinelli's), chilled. cover, chill 2 hours....enjoy!
