Does anyone know how to make a drink that taste like alcoholic beverage but doesn't contain alcohol?

I heard that non-alcoholic beer and wine doesn't taste like beer and wine at all, so are there's anyway to create one that does? (like something you can add to it)

I used to make non-alcoholic tequila:

Take a lime and squezze out as much juice and pulp as possible. Next, add sugar and water like limonade. Then add some finely grinded cayanne pepper and a slice of the lime skin. The cayanne pepper and lime skin will make it bitter and hot like real drink. Finally add a dash of baking soda.
