We bought a watercooler the other day and the water tastes funny?
The water in our water cooler tastes funny, it uses the three or 5 gallon jugs that go on top. There is a place for it to be hot or cold. It tastes really bad like plastic and metal. Is this something that will go away with time or should we return it? Plus the water isn't cold enough being on the highest setting. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?

The reason it will be tasting funny is because it is new... you should flush it with plenty of water a few times, then the taste will go away... things like that tend to have residues of the material used in the factory left behind because they dont flush them out. About the cooling... it may be that you have a faulty cooler.
