Monster for sure!
If you are a member of a wholesale club (BJ's, Sam's club, Costco.) They might have it so it would cost you about 1$ for a 16oz. Other than that they cost 2$ for a 16oz. and 2.50$ for a 24oz. at the corner store for me.

As for the "sugar content" in it, I don't believe there is really too much, if you compare to somehting like Sunny-D a regular monster only has .01 of a gram more sugar per ounce. So as long as you don't drink too much you are fine.
SUNNY-D = 37g. over about 11oz. makes about 3.36 per oz.
MONSTER = 54g. over 16 oz. makes about 3.37
Unless you drink 100oz. of Monster (DEATH) you won't even get a whole gram of extra sugar than if you were drinking sunny-D.
