Energy drinks on the long term?!


Question:

Energy drinks on the long term?

Energy drinks contains Taurin 0.38%, if i drink about 4-5 cans a week,

1- how would that effect my health after say 20-30 years?

2-what's the Taurin function?

3- if it's no big deal, why some europian countries like france prohobit it?

4- what i should NOT eat or drink after drinking Energy drinks?


Answers:

1. there are no long term affects.

2.Taurine is good for your heart and lowers cholestrol.

3.There regulations are different than the U.S. They probably make them dangerously strong over there.

4. Never drink an energy drink on an empty stomach.
