Soda water and bone calcium?!

Soda water and bone calcium?

I know that phosphoric acid in soft drinks causes bone calcium loss, but does soda water contain this acid?

No actually, soda water doesn't contain any syrup like a soft drink does, it's just bubbly water. I guess what I am wondering is if you have to add phosphoric acid to the water to get it carbonated, or is it only in the syrup in the soft drinks.
