Caffeine poisoning?!!!!?

I drank like 2 pots of coffee today. is that bad? i feel kind of like wierd, like short of breath and i cant concentrate.


Answers:

stop drinking caffine. it can affect heart rate. blood pressure. which can lead to shortness of bread and you cant concentrate because you are over stimulated
