Is Coke Zero Good For You?!

Question:

Is Coke Zero Good For You?

Is it better than drinking Regular coke or diet coke or other carbonated sodas?

And are the ingrediants bad for you?

and finally, do you like it?

Answers:

Diet drinks are no better for you than regular soft drinks. I read a report of a study this week that said drinkers of ANY soft drinks, diet or not, tend to remain overweight or tend not to lose weight.

If your diet drink contains aspartame or other artificial sweeteners you should be aware that these are in fact toxic substances--worse than sugar--manufactured only to produce a sweet taste, while causing neurological damage and possibly also contributing to obesity (do a search on "excitotoxins"). In addition it most likely contains the preservative sodium benzoate, which has been shown in recent studies to be damaging to cell mitochondria--again, do a search on it to see evidence.

So, if you are looking for an occasional sweet drink, I would go with the regular. But as a rule all soft drinks are best eliminated from the diet.
