How can i...?
open a glass bottle ( like a soda type bottle ) without a bottle opener? no - it's not a twist off. i'm at work and i need to improvise. and no - it's not alcohol! LOL it's a pellegrino... thanks!

Drawer handle. Or you can use a phone book or some other big strong book. Take the back book edge where the pages are glued to the book and place it under the cap. Hold the bottle and the book with one hand. Now, with the other hand, go under the base of the book and strike the book up. If done correctly, it should pop the cap open.
