Question:

Can I brew tea in a stainless steel container, or must it be glass?

I think I remember reading somewhere that it mus be glass, but I don't remember that well.

Answers:

The metal taste can get into your tea if you use stainless steal. The tanic acid causes an odd reaction. Its best to use glass or ceramic.
