Yes - but it's a minor difference.

Bottled Pepsi is sweeter than bottled Coke. The difference is more significant if you ice it down a lot. But it's still not very significant, which is why a restaurant will have 100 wines on their wine list, and a bar will have 7 beers on tap, but both establishments can get away with offering only one cola.

Fountain beverages are generally dispensed from a machine that's poorly maintained. If the machines were calibrated 10 minutes ago, by someone who gave a damn, you'd notice the same difference between Pepsi and Coke. If they haven't been calibrated in months (or, I sometimes suspect, years), then either one of them can by sickeningly syrupy or inedibly sour. There'd be more difference between fountains than between brands.
