What Year Did They Stop Selling Coke And/Or Pepsi In Returnable Bottles?
I know Coca-Cola sells non returnable mini bottles as of today.
Last I remember, it was right after the Coca-Cola fiasco in 1985 and shortly after that, all the soda companies stopped the returnable bottles.
Man I miss the flavor of a Coca-Cola in a glass bottle. Cans suck! Does anyone have some history on this.
Did they also have plastic crates in the late 60's to early 70's?

you can still buy coca cola in glass bottles, even diet coca cola in glass bottles where I live, almost every grocery store I've been to around here has them. I don't think I've seen any glass pepsi bottles though.
