Espresso definately. Most teas have caffine like all of Tazo's products. But in the morning if you want to wake up, go to a starbucks and just order straight shots of expresso, they're like .55 cents each. They taste kinda nasty but they will get you up. I had to take a straight expresso shot for my starbucks initiation. It was like a store tradition but that thing was hella strong.
