Smoothie Help!!!!!!!!!!!!?!

Question:

Smoothie Help!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Where can I find "banana-free" smoothie recipes?

Answers:

The thing about smoothies is that you don't need a recipe really, as it is pretty hard to make a bad one. Just put fruits, yogurt, etc., the things you like into a blender. Freezing the fruit first will help thicken your drink--cut the fruit up small first though. Berries, peaches, and mangos also thicken nicely without freezing. Or toss in a few ice cubes to the blender mix. Add a little sweetener to taste (optional) and voila! No bananas necessary. Here is a favorite of mine:

Tropical Smoothie

1 mango, skinned, seeded, and cubed
1/2 cup fresh cubed pineapple or 1 small can pineapple, juice drained
1 vanilla yogurt
1 tbs. coconut milk (or you can also toss in some shredded coconut)

Blend and serve with a slice of mango or pineapple to garnish. So tasty.
