because they are idiots. my sister, her boyfriend and i just went to see 'the simpsons' movie tonight and two rows ahead of us were a couple with an approx. 3yo and a 3 MONTH OLD!!! To make matters worse, the baby started crying like fifteen minutes into the movie. thankfully the girl took it out.....in the long run, the people wound up getting free movie tickets from someone b/c they had "missed" the movie. the only thing they were missing were brains.
