And cause naseau after drinking it on an empty stomach in the morning?


Answers:

herbal teas can last over 2 years, it is not a good idea to start your day with a strong mix of helbal teas, try to find something mild.
I like coca tea in the morning instead of coffee and sometimes chai latte
