If you used a Britta filter and filtered sea water, would it be safe to drink?!

Question:

If you used a Britta filter and filtered sea water, would it be safe to drink?

Answers:

It would be clean.. but salty. Britta filter cannot take out enough salt to make the water drinkable. You could drink the water if you condensed it somehow, such as boiling, and collected the vapor. That is how some desalinization plants work.
