And Lactose Free Cow milk lasts WAY longer than regular milk. MONTHS ACTUALLY!!!

Probably not. I don't think the demand is high enough for them to deal with another kind of milk. Not only would they have to keep it stocked, but the'd have to have separate steam pitchers, etc.
