I bought a Starbucks cup where you take the paper out and decorate it. I cant get the paper out! HELP ME!?

It was one of those tumblers and you're supposed to twist off the bottom and remove the paper...simple right? NO! The paper is stuck! I've tried tweezers to grip it but it just rips it and it just wont come out!


Answers:

Sheesh. I'd take it back. Maybe The paper is stuck somewhere that it's not supposed to be. I'll bet the employees at Starbucks can help you, or exchange it for another one.
