Is bottled water really better than water from the sink?
I just read some lady saying that if we brought a bag of air and inhaled it...we would toss it out because of the poor air quality...so what is really better if any? i would trust bottled, but who really knows?

It depends. Most of the time, bottled water really IS tap water. If it's marked as "spring water", then it has to have been drawn from a spring and most places list the location of the spring.
