Question:

WalMart charges 10 cents deposit on it's bottled water.?

WalMart charges 10 cents deposit on it's bottled sparkling water, yet on the side of the container, it states "CA Cash Refund 5 cents" Who gets the extra 5 cents, WalMart? When the container is returned for refund, 5 cents is all that is given.

Answers:

if you are in california, that should be against the law. Wal Mart Corporate should be notified. Are you near a state that returns bottles for 10 cents? that might be the reason.
