Why do soda companies put aspartame in sodas if it can cause cancer?!


Question:

Why do soda companies put aspartame in sodas if it can cause cancer?

It makes no sense. Are they trying to infect people with cancer??? Imean can't they figure out a way to do withouut it or something to get rid of it for good???


Answers:

1. It's cheap.
2. It's only been scientifiically proven to cause cancer in laboratory rats, those fed nothing aspartame.
3. Did I mention it's cheap?
