How do you make the perfect cup of tea? and what is the best brand of tea bags?

tea is a bit of a personal choice. My ex used to like it so strong you had to eat it with a spoon, so i had to squeeze out every last bit of the teabag and only add a tiny bit of milk. I automatically made it the same way for my sister and she spat it out and said it was horrible!
probably best just to swill the teabag round a bit, squeeze it gently on the side of the cup then add a bit of milk, preferably semi skimmed in my opinion!
Dont think there's much difference in tea bags - I just like bog standard PG tips or tesco's own, but more of a connisseur might prefer a posh indian one
