on milk bottles... what colour lids does semi skimmed mik have and what colour does skimmed have? my missus is doing my head in cos i think semi is red and skimmed is green. she thinks the opposite

from a milk man (my husband is one)
whole milk = silver
semi skimmed = red
skimmed = blue
it can vary if you buy your milk from a supermarket though
