How come after my hot tea cools off it seems sweeter than it did when it was hot?
i sweeten it when its hot but does not seem super sweet but when it gets cooler it seems sweeter. why?

It then becomes a mixture of a soluble solution that when it cools will bring out the true flavor of what it is that you are drinking.
