What do you think of the new Vitamin Energy drink from Vitamin water??

I think we as a nation pay amazing amounts of money for water. It has Vitamins in it?? Not likely. What it has in it are synthetic (man made) copies of vitamins which is what most "vitamins" have in them. Other than making your waste management system work like hell to get rid of them and coloring your urine they have no effect on the short term. On the long term they are harmful. Some studies have shown they actually increase your chances of getting cancer among other problems that will arise from working your body's detoxification system harder than need be. In the name of good heath you are ingesting poisons and because your body's reaction to said poison makes you feel different you see it as good. Different is not always good. Vitamins almost always are not good for you. The chemical is not the exact right one, the other ingredients required by the body to absorb said vitamin are not present and the dosage is (in many cases) large enough to be toxic. Just get a drink of water. Distilled is best, it's just water.
