My question is: Is there anyway of making a cup of hot milk without a skin forming on top and having to drink it to fast ?

Hi. I work in a care home that has residents of all kinds, most elderly with Alzheimers. But there is one unit of EFU (elderly frail) and when I work on there, some of them like a hot drink at 8pm (and it has to be 8pm!). I microwave it, there is no skin, it's hot, I add sugar (Horlicks, by the way), and they love it. Give them a couple of biscuits with it and you'd think they'd gone to heaven.
