What do you think of the Special K Protein Water?


Answers:

a contradiction is what I think. In the process of digesting a protein the body uses more water than in most other "processes" except maybe raw sugar. I bet you special K stuff has some sugar in it too. Point is there is probably not enough water in that drink to process the ingredients. Hope your not really thirsty.
