Is it possible to get heavy cream in a container of 2%fat milk?!


Question:

Is it possible to get heavy cream in a container of 2%fat milk?

Opened a container today, and it poured really slow. Didn't smell bad or taste sour.

Is it possible somebody screwed up in the processing?

(If I get nasty answers, then my apprehension is affirmed).


Answers:

It sounds like it was spoiled. Even if the date said oterwise.
