But I think I know what you are talking about. Many companies will lable as sparkling water but list it as flat or Still- Ty Nant is one that does this as does Mountain Valley and Saratoga Springs. Try looking at Trader Joes, Cost Plus World Markets or in health spas. That is where I normally see it.
