Why don't coffee makers have remote controls???
...so I could turn while I'm still in bed after I wake up? I have a coffee maker with a timer, but sometimes (like Sunday mornings), I can't predict when I'll wake up!

and it wouldn't have to be in your line of sight, not if you use bluetooth technology like in cellphones, those use radio waves and doesn't have to be in the line of sight, there's a maximum distance to where they work, but you don't have to be in the same room
