How do I make a superb cup of cocoa?
I love smooth, dark hot chocolate (not those watered-down chocolate syrups). I have a tin of good dark cocoa. Can you help me make a nice, smooth chocolate drink? Do I need to add carrageenan to make it extra smooth? Or one that goes well with a dash of cinnamon.Thanks!! ;-)

I make a syrup of my own- Cook 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 a cup of cocoa with a little evaporated milk - cook until the sugar dissolves. Doesn't have to boil. I then use it to flavor my milk. If I want the drink to be really rich and creamy at that point I add extra evaporated milk or even cream. I get rave reviews and this way you can make it as sweet and rich as you can stand..
