Is it possible to drink too much tea?!

Question:

Is it possible to drink too much tea?

I'm hooked on the green tea, decaffinated. can i drink as much as i want, or are there any possible bad side effectss? I drink about 5-6 cups a day

Answers:

Most of the harmful effects of overdoing green tea are usually because of the caffeine. If you drink the decaffeinated version, most of the possible bad side effects have been eliminated with the caffeine. You might have problems if you are adding sugar or a sweetener.

You should be aware of possible side effects with some medications (such as blood thinners). Green tea contains vitamin K which can counter the effects of some drugs.
