Temporary replacement for a coffee filter?!

Temporary replacement for a coffee filter?

i don't have coffee filters at the moment and was wondering if there is a good temporary replacement for them?? like napkins or paper towels??


Answers:

yess...i've used paper towels before...try to cut them in a circle...maybe trace around a pie plate or something. Mine always came out a lil cockeyed..not perfectly round. I think a napkin might be too thin & tear in the process.
