Ginger ale vs. pepsi/coke?

i know they are all soda. But which is better to drink ginger ale or some type of cola (example coke or pepsi) and why??

I drink water the most but I was just wondering which one is better to drink.

None are better to drink than the other, they all have High Fructose Corn Syrup in them, and that screws up the insulin levels in the body, not to mention what the sugar does to teeth. If you must drink a carbonated drink try La Croix Mineral Water, or Topo Chico, or Apollonaris. They have all the bite of a carbonated soda, without all the sugar or HFCS, and no caffeine.
