What can I drink @ night instead of beer or wine?
I love drinking beer or wine @ the end of a hard day. Unfortunately, I love beer & wine so much that I usually end up getting a bit tipsy & then I feel sluggish @ work the next day. Also, I'm trying to make even more changes to my current weight loss plan. I think a logical thing is to cut my alcohol consumption & only have a cocktail or two when I'm out w/ friends & not drink my usual beer or wine at home.
So, what can I drink instead of beer or wine? I need something that would be tasty, low calorie, & caffiene free. I drink green & herbal teas all day @ work, so tea's out of the question.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. A little clarification:
1. I want to steer clear of artificial sweetners
2. I already drink tons of water throughout the day, so I want something w/ a little more character that I can enjoy @ night
3. I want something non-alcoholic. I already love Scotch :).
Answers:
I worked full time at a tea store for over a year, so I know what you might want to try. Lemons and water are good-hot or cold. I like to get the big containers of Gatorade and dilute them A LOT because they are way too sweet to begin with.
