I think America, particularly the Inland Northwest as another contributor already mentioned. We have a wide variety of tastes, roast levels and everyone gets to pick what they want!
However, I have been told that Italy, and Guatemala both have outstanding coffee establishments as well.
P.S. Putting whipped cream on a latte isn't right. If you order a latte, the foam should be the only light whipped topping!
