Why is pop/soda so delicious?!

Why is pop/soda so delicious?

I need to stop drinking it, and I'm just wondering why it tastes so good, and why do you like it or dislike it? My fav. is wild cherry pepsi!!

It tastes good because it has tons of sugar. But my favorite is coke! and if you drink water more you will feel the difference in how it feels to be dirinking water than cherry pepsi.
