Which is better for you, diet pepsi or pepsi one sweetend with splenda?

neither. I'm more of a dr. pepper fan.
But if it was diet coke? i would say no. But diet coke with lime i would say? yes. Diet coke with splenda? yes. So i would choose the splenda one, its a lot more healthier than diet pepsi because it doesn't have the ingredient aspartme. most diet drink have that peticular ingredient...they say in books don't drink that for healthy concerns. But I don't know about...i still drink it anyways even it does have aspartme in it. Oh well, good luck for choosing what you like. It all depends on your taste buds.
